OSMAN IRENE (KISH) Age 92, of Kennedy Township, died peacefully in her sleep November 17, 2017, in Salisbury, Maryland, where she had recently relocated to be near her son. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter D. Osman; and her seven siblings, Steve, Rudy, Liz, Harry, Marge, Joe, and Judy. She is survived by her son, Kenneth and his wife, Kirsten; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Jack and his wife, Dolores; and many nieces and nephews. Irene and Walt had a 54 year marriage that began when they met, fell in love, and were married within three weeks. She is known in her family as the dedicated caretaker of her parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews. Her love of young children was apparent in her recent visit with her youngest great-grandchildren. Services will be at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, in Kennedy Township, at 1 p.m. November 27, 2017. She will be interred next to her husband in Mount Calvary Cemetery in McKees Rocks. She was the beloved wife of the late Gene Deitz; loving mother of Peggy (Daniel) Barry, William (Jennifer) Deitz and Beth (Larry, Jr.) Simpson; cherished grandmother of Michael, William (Yanawan), Matthew (Maureen), Andrew, Melanie, Lauren, Megan and Rae Lynn; and six great- grandchildren; dear sister of Mary Nan Cox; also survived by many nieces and nephews. PREVIS ELEANOR (PUSATERI) A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, age 95, died peacefully at home on November 16, 2017. She was born on December 7, 1921, and was married to Stephen R. Previs for 61 years prior to his death. Mrs. Previs was the daughter of John Pusateri and Helen (Beitler) Pusateri and is survived by four children, John (Judy deceased), Stephen (Connie), Charles (Rose) and Marsha Hussey (John). She is the grandmother of five grandchildren, Kelly Reedy (Josh), Stephen Previs (Caitlyn), Chelsea Previs, Alexandra Hussey and Jack Hussey; and one great-grandchild, Palmer Rose Reedy; and by many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and nephews; one brother, John A. Pusateri, predeceased her. Mrs. Previs was a graduate of South High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Interment took place on November 20, 2017, at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. COLONELLO ROCCO P. “PETE” On Tuesday, November 21, 2017, age 86, of Middlesex Twp., Valencia. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 8, 1931, he was the son of the late Rocco and Lucy Marsh Colonello. Pete was a carpenter with the Carpenter's Union. He was a member of the Penn Glade Lions Club and the Sons of Italy in Florida. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a member of Holy Sepulcher Church in Glade Mills. Surviving are three daughters, Catherine Lucas (Rich) of Denver, NC, Joanne Tisdale (Eric) of Valencia and Lucy Laslavic (Thomas) of Thomaston, Maine; three sons, Larry Colonello (Laurel) of Valencia, Eugene Colonello (Vicki) of Callery and Mark Colonello (Debra) of Valencia; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Jancse Colonello, whom he married on September 23, 1950, and who died on July 27, 2007; by his brothers, Edward, Francis, Anthony and John Colonello; and by a great- grandson, Liam. DOCKUM JOHN F. III “JEFF” October 18, 1957 - November 20, 2017, age 60, of Worthington, PA formerly of Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh) died November 20, 2017, having lost his two-year battle with cancer. He was born to John, Jr. and Mary Frances Dockum, who preceded him, in Evansville, IN and grew up in Mt. Lebanon. He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela, of 22 years; his father; and two sons, John IV (Jason) and Jeffrey; and one daughter, Kathleen; two sisters, McKayla Braden and Melissa Kelly; and many nieces and nephews. After graduating from Mt. Lebanon High School, Jeff received a BA Degree from Kent State University and an MA from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. His professional career included teaching at the former Robert Morris College and as Vice President of Sales for a local firm that refurbished structures such as the Duquesne Incline Stations and Buildings in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Jeff loved his farm home for many years in Worthington caring for its animals, ponds, fields and pastures that graced the beautiful hillsides and the opportunities it affords to hunt, fish, ride and ski with his family. He loved and in turn was revered by his many, many friends. His love of life will sorely be missed.
