JEFFREY VIRGINIA A. "GINNY" Age 90, of Eighty-Four, Nottingham Township, died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born February 16, 1926, in New Eagle; a daughter of Lee Roy and Eva Jane Bell Thomas. Mrs. Jeffrey was a homemaker and also had been a Tupperware salesperson for many years. She was a member of Thomas Presbyterian Church in Eighty-Four where she served as chairman of the bereavement committee, taught Sunday school, sang in the choir and was a member of the Naomi Circle women's group. Mrs. Jeffrey was also a member of the Presbyterian Women and Bell Telephone 10 Year Club. Surviving are two sons, Keith Jeffrey (Noreen) of West Mifflin and Kevin Jeffrey of Donora; three daughters, Karen Dickey (Ken) of Fredericktown, Kathy Henderson (Don) of Carnegie and Kim Bedner (John) of Carroll Township; a sister, Leanna Schafer of Eighty-Four; a brother-in-law, Donald Smith of Washington; six grandchildren, Tim, Kari, Sam, Michael, Dan and Jaymey; four great grandchildren, Landon, Nolan, Morgan and Elizabeth; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Jay Jeffrey, who died in November, 1998; and two sisters, Freda Smith and Eleanor Fleet.
