Beloved wife of the late Arthur J. Fisher; also preceded in death by her son, Robert A. Fisher; four brothers, Guy, Louis, Joseph and Paul Lozito; and one sister, Jenny Angelozzi. Mother of Joseph A. (Mary) Fisher; sister of Angelo Lozito; step-grandmother of Katie Terry and Ian Toner; grandmother of Janson and Joseph Van de Velde; also survived by many nieces and nephews. HOWARD IMOGENE Age 93, passed away, on Sunday, January 17, 2016, at Ohio Valley General Hospital. She was the eldest daughter of the late Arthur George and Pients (Strawther) Williams. Imogene, quite like her late father, had a quiet demeanor and in her own quiet way showed much love to her younger siblings. They will have many fond memories of her. Imogene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frederick “Mark” Howard. Her siblings, who will be celebrating her life are Margaret Shaw, Naomi Williams both of Coraopolis, Jenny Matthews of Chicago, Joshua Williams of Coraopolis, Isaiah Williams of San Diego, CA and Benjamin (Sarah) Williams of Philadelphia; also many loving nieces and nephews. Imogene's vocation was babysitting children. She loved children. She was a member of O.E.S. JARVIK MARY ANNE LARSON Age 71, of Squirrel Hill. Passed peacefully at Presbyterian Hospital, surrounded by close family and loved ones, of pulmonary fibrosis. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, November 18, 1944, and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Beloved wife of Jonathan Jarvik for 39 years, and indomitable mother to their sons, Nicholas, Evan and Fredrik. After receiving her Bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota, she proceeded to a career in business management, including work at Yale University's Peabody Museum of Natural History. After relocating to Pittsburgh in 1978, she held positions at Carnegie Mellon, including Business Manager at the Robotics Institute and Director of Financial and Business Services at the Software Engineering Institute. She was a co-founder of the biotechnology company SpectraGenetics, and was its president until the time of her death. In addition to her husband and sons, she is survived by her brother, Donald Larson of Minneapolis, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. CREELMAN NORMA JEAN JOHNSON Born September 24, 1926, was called home to her Heavenly Father, on January 17, 2016. She went peacefully into God's hands in her home at Asbury Heights Assisted Living, Pittsburgh, PA. She grew up and attended Homestead High School where she played in the band and sang in the Homestead Park United Methodist Church choir often as a featured soloist. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil Adolf Johnson and Elsie May Hoffer Johnson; and her husband, Albert Creelman all of Pittsburgh, PA; and one of her two brothers, Emil Scott Johnson, of Houston. She is survived by Scott's twin brother, J. Hoffer Johnson (Virginia). She will be forever loved, missed and yet remembered as a kind, soft spoken and gentle woman with a beautiful voice who used it to praise God. A memorial service will be held at Asbury Heights (412-341-1030) Sunday at 2 p.m., January 24, 2016. LUNCHER EDWARD T. Age 93, of Greensburg, died Monday, January 18, 2016. He was born December 11, 1922, in Rankin, a son of the late John and Kathryn (Kuchta) Luncher. Prior to retirement, he had been an educator in the Mt. Lebanon School District. He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg and an Army veteran of WWII. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Luncher, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie (Hazuka) Luncher; a son, Thomas E. Luncher and his wife, Chris of Hempfield Twp.; two daughters, Joanne Foley and her husband, David of Cuba, NY, Leslie Law and her husband, Rowan of Juneau, AK; two granddaughters, Kristin and Kaitlin Foley; and a step-grandson, Brandon Keefe. HOFRICHTER JOHN C. “JACK” Jack Hofrichter, 82, of Cecil, died Thursday, January 21, 2016, peacefully in his home. He was born September 21, 1933, in Beadling, PA, a son of the late Thomas A. and Rose Smith Hofrichter. Mr. Hofrichter was a retired electrician with Kuzel Electric. He was a member of St. Mary's Parish, choir and volunteered at the Fish Fry. When he was not tinkering away in his workshops he would take long walks through Cecil Park with his dogs and Walkman. He also enjoyed the open road on his motorcycle, tending his garden, camping with his sons and holding babies. He was a member of the Cecil American Legion and served proudly as an Artillery Serviceman during the Korean War. His wife of 57 years, Irmgard Johanna (Mueller) Hofrichter preceded him in death on October 25, 2013. Surviving are his seven children, Gunter (Karen Cummings) Hofrichter of Concord, PA, John T. (Susan) Hofrichter of Canonsburg, Bill (Mary) Hofrichter, James (Cecilia Franc) Hofrichter, Leslie (Albert) Palmer, Eric Hofrichter and Peter (Lisa) Hofrichter, all of Cecil, PA; 13 grandchildren, Katherine, Anna, John M., Rebecca, Bill, Suzanne, Allison, Courtney, Zachary, Jack, Luke, Angelina, Arabella; and his great- grandchild, Henry. He was one of 11 siblings, surviving are Tom Hofrichter, Thelma Brune, Theresa Delphus, Jean Graeser, Fred Hofrichter, Bill Hofrichter, Joanie Hurst and the late Margaret Shine, Dolores McKinin and Sal Quinn. GADD SHIRLEY D. Age 93, of Monongahela, formerly of Finleyville, died Thursday, January 21, 2016, at Woodcliffe Manor Senior Living Center in Bethel Park. She was born November 30, 1922, in Cresap, WV, a daughter of Dean and Florence Shirley Love. Mrs. Gadd was a homemaker and had been employed at the former Patello's Pharmacy and Dubbs Market in Finleyville. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Finleyville and its Gleaner Sunday School Class. Mrs. Gadd was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed being with her family, and also enjoyed bowling, gardening and traveling with friends. Surviving are a son, Mark Gadd and his wife, Emilie, of Monongahela; four daughters, Linda Garcia and her husband, Larry, and Laura Rocco and her husband, Pete, both of Monongahela, Lois Aul and her husband, John, of Carrick, and Lisa Bartman and her husband, Ron, of Finleyville; a brother, Wayne Love, of North Ft. Myers, FL; a sister, Elaine WeekIy, of Finleyville; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Russell Gadd, who died in August 1973; four brothers, Robert, Walter, Sydney and Rae Love; and a sister, Florence Cochran.
