BYE CHARLES E., Sr. Of Whitehall, PA, died Friday, April 10, 2015. He was 53. He was the husband of Suzanne M. (Kizelowicz) Bye since Oct. 20, 1990. Born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, he was a son of the late Charles H. Bye and Mrs. Ruth Ann (Touhill) Bye of Duquesne, PA. Charles worked as building manager for the TEC Center in Allentown, PA. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he enjoyed music, movies, television, and playing the guitar. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Samantha Bye and her fiancé, Ryan Almond, of Lansdale; his son, Charles E.
