WIMER ARNOLD L. Having lived a long and full life, Arnold, passed away peacefully, at the age of 90, on Wednesday morning, December 31, 2014, at the William Penn Care Ctr., Jeannette, PA. He resided in Export, PA where he had lived since 1965, born April 18, 1924, in Cliff Mine, PA to the late Clara (Wilkening) and Louis Wimer. Beloved husband of 65 years to Jacquelyn (Dempsey) Wimer; beloved father of Martin (Julianne) Wimer, Pamela (Lee) Weise, Kurt Wimer, Vanessa (Barry) Holden and Jeffrey (Holly) Wimer; cherished grandfather of Brendan (Jennifer) Wimer, Mark (Kaitlyn) Wimer, Sara Holden, Brett Holden, Julia Wimer, Hope Wimer and Daniel (Jessica) Weise; adored great-grandfather of Liam and Benson Wimer and a third one on the way; brother of Ronald (Anna Mae) Wimer and the late Leroy Wimer. In WWII, Arnold served as a Second Lieutenant and B-17 Bombardier with the 100th Bombardment Group (heavy) of the 8th Army Air Force. A graduate of the Old Findlay High School and the University of Pittsburgh, his industrial engineering degree took him to work in Germany, South America and Puer to Rico.
