RAIFORD VERNON ROBERT 59, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013. Vernon graduated from South Hills High School and left to serve in the USAF. He lived in Vacherie, Louisiana. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brenda Bazile Raiford; two sisters, Norma Raiford Kelley and Barbara A.
