(Andrew) Bromley of Riverside, CA; brother of Helen Branstetter of MO, Norbert of West Mifflin, Allan of VA and the late Millie Winters. Frank was a member for 42 years of Whitaker Vol. Fire Co. #298 where he served as the Engineer. Funeral Services are private.
