VAUGHAN PAUL M. After a short illness, Dr. Paul M. Vaughan, age 63, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Paul was born in Potter County, PA on August 31, 1950, to Douglas Vaughan and the late Donavieve Mosch. Paul lived most of his young life in Fairview, PA. He graduated from Fairview High School and Penn State University. He attended Temple Medical School and received his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in Public Health. Paul was currently employed as the Medical Director at U.S. Steel Corporation. Dr. Vaughan is survived by his wife, Kathryn (Krahe) Vaughan; daughter, Jessica and Christopher Marra; with grandson, Everett; and son, Matthew Vaughan. He is also survived by his father, Douglas (Ann) Vaughan; and brother, Douglas Toby Vaughan. In addition to his immediate family, he is also survived by many loving brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews through his marriage to Kathryn. Memorial Service and Burial is private. Friends and family will be received at Mark Pi's (China Gate) Restaurant, Mt.
