Beloved wife of 66 years to Somer Obernauer, Sr.; loving mother of Lynn (Marc) Zelenski, Lorie Obernauer and Somer (Carol) Obernauer, Jr.; daughter of the late Dorothy and Harry Margolis; sister of Roslyn (late S. David) Litman; "Ruthie" to four grandchildren, Sean, Seth, Sarah and Alexis; great-grandmother of Dylan, Ella, Isabella and Samuel. With gratitude to caregivers, Mildred, Lisa, Shevelle, Toya and Terrie; as well as the nurses and staff of Sivitz Hospice. Ruth was the owner of Diplomat Travel for 25 years.
