FOGLE CHARLES J.T. Suddenly on January 8, 2014, Charles J.T. Fogle, died in Rochester, NY, age 61, formerly of Upper St. Clair. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandie; sons, C.J. and Douglas; sister, Joann (Rob) Keenan; brothers, Jim (Marcia) Fogle and Bill (Cathy) Fogle; uncle, William T. Kitsko, M.D.; nieces, Rachel (Chris) Hutchinson, Rosemary (Aaron) Ardner, Lisa (Bob) Goodman, Katy Fogle, Annette Fogle and Adeline Fogle; nephew, William B. Fogle II; and great-nieces, Harper Hutchinson and Charlotte Goodman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Rosemary Fogle.
