LENART DANIEL AGE 95, OF TRAFF...

LENART DANIEL Age 95, of Trafford, died peacefully on August 6, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 6, 1922, in Trafford, the son of the late Stanley and Mary Lenart. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline, in 2014. Daniel is survived by his four sons, Daniel J. Lenart (Patricia) of Harrison City, Robert Lenart (Patricia) of South Fayette, James Lenart (Renee) of Monroeville and William Lenart of Erie; his eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward Lenart (Toni) of Brentwood; and a sister, Wanda Czapor (Edward) of Bloomfield Hills, MI. Daniel was preceded in death also by his brothers, Stanley, Joseph, Frank; and a sister, Jenny Kuharski. Daniel worked at Westinghouse Electric in E. Pittsburgh for 42 years and retired as an Industrial Engineer. He was a lifelong member of St. Regis Church, Trafford and he served in several ministries including the Holy Name Society, the Knights of Columbus and parish council. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of William Penn Care Center and Heartland Hospice for their loving and compassionate care. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the JOHN M. DOBRINICK FUNERAL HOME, INC., 702 7th St. (St. Route 130), Trafford (412) 372-3111. Parting prayers will be at 9 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. in the St. Regis Church with Fr. David Nazimek as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Good Shepherd Cemetery, Monroeville.
