PACKARD DEBRA L. Suddenly on Sunday, July 30, 2017, Debbie was the loving and devoted daughter of the late Mary Ella Chock and the late Thomas Packard. Debbie was a kind, caring, and loyal friend, especially to her neighbors that became her extended family. Debbie will be missed by many, but most of all by her loyal canine companion, Angel.
