PALMER-RETSCH LYNN Age 61, on Saturday, July 29, 2017, of Pleasant Hills, formerly of the South Side. Beloved wife of Jim Retsch; loving mother of Timothy J. Palmer, Jr., Lori Retsch and Matthew Retsch; grandmother of Kayla Retsch and Madison Lynn Miller-Retsch; daughter of the late Charles W. and Audrey (Lucas) Schnupp; sister of Charles (Cheryl) Schnupp, Jr., Mark (Patricia) Schnupp, John (Lisa) Schnupp, and the late Beverly (Sluggo) Mangan. Lynn is also survived by her many dear friends. Lynn was a retired Sergeant from the City of Pittsburgh Police and after retiring worked as a County Court Administrator.
