(Burkhart) Jurczak; loving father of Ashley and Bailey Jurczak; dear son of Ann (Patella) and the late Stanley Jurczak; son-in-law of Marlene (the late James "Sonny") Steigerwald and Albert (Jan) Burkhart; brother of Joseph (Robyn) Jurczak and David Jurczak; brother-in-law of the late Ronald (surviving wife, Ruthann) Burkhart and Diane (surviving, Bill Kappes) Burkhart; survived by aunts and uncles of the Jurczak and Patella families; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews of the Jurczak, Patella, Burkhart, Cherico, Ceoffe and Kappes families.
