FRALEY JOSEPH EDWARD Age 90, of Wexford, on June 30, 2013. Beloved husband of 68 years to Anita "Bertie" Fraley; loving father of Commander Ronald E. Fraley, USN (Ret.) (Carole), Robert E. Fraley and Janet L. Mullen; proud grandfather of David Fraley, Kendall Early (Michael), Scott Fraley (Stacey), Dr. Brendan Mullen and Meredith Mullen; great-grandfather of Jacob, Zachary and Emma Grace Early, Kaelyn and Elizabeth Fraley; brother of Francis and Eugene Fraley and the late William Fraley, Esther Collins, Florence Carey, and Mary Pat Kishure; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joe served in World War II as an Army Medic in the South Pacific and was a pioneer in male nursing as a nurse anesthetist. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at GEORGE A.
