Loving wife of the late Joseph Stefan; cherished mother of Gerald Joseph; dear sister of the late Anthony, Paul, George, Gabriel, Joseph, Mary, Susan and Peggy Jacobs; treasured friend and educator to many. Veronica was a Carlow College class of 1975 alumna. She requested her Services to be private and suggested memorials to be made in her honor to the National Federation of the Blind.
