LAW WILLARD C. 83, of Renfrew, passed away December 11, 2013 at the VNA Hospice in Butler. Born November 5, 1930 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late John and Ethel Sarver Law. Willard was employed by Wise Potato Chip Company as a truck driver. Prior to that he was employed by Manheim Auto Auction as a driver for many years. He was a member of St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church in Meridian, also a lifetime member of the VFW in Mars and The Teutonia Mannerchor in Pittsburgh. His hobbies included many years of bowling, playing cards and traveling. He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Nussbaumer Law, they were married February 23, 1952; also surviving are two daughters, Sandra (Fred) Johnston of Orlando, FL and Cheryl (Wayne) Whittington of Valencia; one sister, Ethel Lawther of Tionesta; a daughter-in-law, Diane Law; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a son, Michael Law; one brother, Edward Law; one sister, Lois Yund. Friends will be received at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 East Cunningham Street in Butler from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church, 125, Buttercup Road in Meridian. Interment will take place in Allegheny County Memorial Park.
