FREUDENTHAL MARION (WHITE) SPRAGUE 94, died peacefully surrounded by family members, on Monday, December 2, 2013, after a short hospitalization due to heart problems. Marion resided in Lakeland, FL, and formerly was from Port Charlotte, FL and Pittsburgh, PA. Marion is survived by five daughters, Ruth Ann Matchett of New Derry, PA, Virginia Martin of Lakeland, FL, Janet Hastings of Port Charlotte, FL, Marjorie Smith of Port Charlotte, FL, and Patricia Goettel of Pittsburgh, PA. Marion was preceded in death by her two sons, William R. Sprague, Jr. and Thomas E. Sprague; and by her husbands, George Freudenthal and William R. Sprague. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 38 great- grandchildren and four great- great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
