BOBONSKI DAVID CARL Of Winston-Salem, went to heaven Friday, September 13, 2013, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, following a valiant six-year fight with brain cancer. David was born in Buffalo, NY. The son of, and preceded in death by, his parents, Sam and Jean Bobonski. Surviving is his brother, Chris Bobonski of Redondo Beach, CA; his daughter, Heather Bobonski of Charlotte, NC; his son, Matt Bobonski; and daughter-in-law, Jennifer Weir Bobonski from Pittsburgh, PA; along with three grandchildren, Jacob, Ethan and Madeline Bobonski. David enjoyed his career in the Tax department at Hanes Brands. Among his many activities, he loved boating, billiards and golfing. He was a gentleman in every sense with many devoted friends. The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life event on NOVEMBER 2, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. at BreakTime Billiards at 420 N. Jonestown Rd., Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
