RAKOVAN MICHAEL S. Age 54, Moon Twp., passed away peacefully at home to be with his Lord and Savior, on May 5, 2015. He was the son of Stanley Rakovan, New Sewickley Twp., and the late Catherine Balbo Rakovan. Michael was an avid camper, and enjoyed playing saxophone for the Praise and Worship Team at his church. He was a wonderful and kind husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Rakovan. Surviving are his wife, Susan Gail (Dietz) Rakovan, Moon Twp.; a son, James Michael Rakovan, Moon Twp.; and a daughter, Nicole (Kellen) Hughes, Imperial; two grandchildren, Haylen and Breck Hughes, Imperial. Friends will be received on Friday, May 8, 2015, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the KASPER - HAHN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICE, 547 8th Street, Ambridge, PA 15003. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015. Private interment will be in St. Catherine Cemetery , Leechburgh, PA. Send condolences post-gazette.com/gb
